The grand old specialist said, ” The vaccine should take care of the new fast strain virus spreading pretty fast” in an old country well known for its huge empire but now historical! But a group of young scientists said, “That’s what the grand old specialist said, but we are tweaking the vaccine now n then to meet up with the fast virus.” Meaning, “fine tuning ” like that to a car engine to run faster! This would consume time! Will it catch up with the rapid spead of the new strain virus?

Lockdowns made life hard for many so ease off to give way to earn a living and to relaxing on the sunny beach. Borders reopened to commute for socialising as man was a social being! One group must move or would go mad because of boredome. All these excuses and more meaning getting into crowds just nice for the virus to go on. The virus says, “Here’s now my chance to meet my clients n strike rich, multiply more and more! So we have the daily increases in cases! If only man can say, “I must stay home n not join crowds to give the virus a loophole to make contact then I would have won against the virus resurgences. But not so now!

The hope hinges on the vaccines rolled out so far not effective. “To be effective 60-80% of the population” must be vaccinated! How fast could that come about?

I know you all are rich n could afford to eat out easily but having a re-union dinner in the warmth of the house is different mood! We have the sense of family togetherness! Today that is not possible. The pandemic has spoilt that. But as father n sons you could still do that!
Many people dreams & homes have been shattered by the virus. If yours have been just take it as circumstances beyond your control! It would be good if you all could “ta pauh” a few dishes n cook a few to have a simple reunion dinner in the house. Just to maintain the family n cultural Chinese custom in a foreign land you called “your home.”

Had not imagined some products could spike like the virus in prices! What is happening? The spiralling high cost would not end until the virus ended. The final accounting could then be done! For sure the price could spike further! The main thing to consider is the product a necessity, a bread n butter-like stuff? Is there other choice?
