We shall leave this interesting application of some mathematical curves defined from the arc of a circle.
Hope some of you could locate them in the artefacts in your surroundings.
If occassions allow I shall come back with more interesting applications in architecture.

My idea is to identify mathematical shapes in artefacts around the house n environment to show how these shapes are applied by the skill workmen. Quite often we overlook these designs as we walked past them. Or in the first example here the arc of a circle on the foot of my bedstedt.
