A DO IT MYSELF YEAR Three years ago I had a serious backfall in the street fortunate no serious injury I was able to get up n walk into the bank n do my business. Then came the year of the onset of the virus pandemic and the recurrent of my pile bleed.I was fortunate to have consulted online a doctor friend who prescribed me an ointment which stopped the bleed n shrunk the pile with no surgery necessary in this tedious hospitalization covid time. It was also a recovery year by God’s mercy n healing with the physcians’ help but not fully able to do much myself. Taking care to avoid being infected I had all the vax up to booster shot and at the same time taking nutritious milk powder to maintan a strong immune system. A full blood profile test with PSA returned normal results. Also I was able to do my physics consultation work. I set up an indoor table-top lighting system for macro-photography including extreme close-up photoraphy with my own designed camera n the extension tube locally machined.I published some of my photos. This year I started to do further manual work to recover my movement. Hopefully it is a year of further recovery! AMEN!
