“WESTERN AUSTRALIA DILEMMA”

Frequent road fatal accidentst- road, driver &/or car? Or all the three together? Whatever it is the road construction engineering safety should be checked first! Where is the CSIRO road standard? Thrown to the wind? After all Australia alwats boasts of its high standard of safety! I remembered seeing n reading the CSIRO signs during my visits in 1952 n 1985!

I often marvelled standing on the ground near the Sydney Harbour Bridge would rattle when a commutator throttled past n the Bridge did not fall like “London Bridge!”
