“The Expressive Eyes

In the three portraits posted a characteristic feature is the tell-tale of how the “eye looks.”

In the first portrait the Japanese lady was looking far with her eyes of “gentle” days n not “rough days” in the coming days.

Whereas in the fisherman eyes they were thoughtful, might be of hard days past with poor catch, n now mending the net for better catch in the days ahead.

And finally in the scholar , a teacher, a pair of bespectacle eyes largely opened n looking bright with a big smile, happy his students did well.
