FRUITS OR/& VITAMIN C

The old folks have been taking more of fruits as roughage for ease of passing motion. Fruits also supply vitamin C. Vitamin C has been highly recommended to prevent getting Covid-19. It is easily available n affordable. Again this is branding! Buy one to suit the pocket n does the function of Vitamin C. Fruits can be expensive especially these days! Good fruit types not easy to get! They are seasonal! Supermarket n wet market not always well stocked.

But both roughage n Vitamic C are needed. Vege can replaced for roughage.
